Billing, plainly
What currency do you bill in?
US dollars, everywhere. Your card provider converts at its usual rate if your account is in another currency. We do not add a conversion fee.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings, in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.
How does the free tier work?
One child, one mission a week, the full kind debrief, and a progress snapshot. The limits are enforced on our server, not just hidden in the app, so there is nothing to work around and nothing to accidentally be charged for.
Is my card safe?
Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. While Coinsprout is in early access, billing runs in Stripe test mode, which means no real charge is made and you can use Stripe's published test card numbers to try the flow.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are unhappy in the first 14 days of a paid plan, email support and we will refund the charge in full. After that, cancel anytime and keep access through the period you paid for.
Will my kid ever see billing?
No. Billing, plans, and settings live in parent mode behind your password. Child mode has no money-related screens of any kind.
